ABOUT THE SHOW
This year’s production is A Twist of the Tongue, a fast-paced and pun-filled musical comedy from Pioneer Drama Service. The story follows Mr. Moses Roses, a teacher at Bitter Batter School who finds himself face-to-face with his old high school rival, Sally Seashell—now the school’s new principal. With the annual tongue twister tournament approaching, Sally is determined to reclaim a long-lost trophy and settle an old score. Add in an ambitious competitor from Nettie’s Knitting Night School, a flamboyant game show host, an overzealous janitor, and a group of enthusiastic students, and you’ve got the recipe for a wild and witty showdown. Full of clever wordplay, catchy songs, and laugh-out-loud moments, A Twist of the Tongue promises fun for the whole family.
